Starting out with a 5 acre experimental vineyard along the Foxen Canyon Road, Fess Parker and his children, Eli and Ashley, acquired vineyards in the Santa Maria Valley, Sta. On Thursday 5th May 2016 national distributor, importer and specialist retailer Amathus Drinks will be gracing Mr Cooper’s with a lavish Grüber Röschitz-paired dinner.Grüber Röschitz is a pioneering winery in the Weinviertel wine-growing region of Niederosterreich, and the Grüber family has cultivated agriculture in Röschitz since 1814. The main grape variety is Grüner Veltliner, also known as ‘The Groovy Grape’ for its truly interesting characteristics.Conde Nast Gold Standard restaurant, Mr Cooper’s takes pride in serving daring elegant food, cooked with flair and imagination.
